CAVANAUGH, Judge:

This appeal is from the court's order denying appellant's petition for relief under the PCRA. We reverse the court's order and remand for a new trial.

In October of 1991, appellant was convicted by a jury of rape, indecent assault, simple assault and criminal trespass. Following the denial of post trial motions appellant was sentenced to a term of 6-14 years imprisonment. There was no direct appeal from appellant's judgment of sentence. However...
