This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Philip Weitzner and Florence Weitzner sued Delton Augustine for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident allegedly caused by Mr. Augustine's negligence. The Weitzners also sued the owner of the vehicle, Kimberly Johnson, for negligent entrustment of the vehicle to Mr. Augustine, Ms. Johnson's estranged husband. Ms. Johnson filed a pro se answer.
