Before the Court is Debtors' Second Amended Chapter 13 Plan and the Objection to Confirmation of Debtors' Second Amended Chapter 13 Plan filed by General Casualty Insurance Company, Inc. ("General Casualty"). The Plan provides for plan payments over 48 months in an amount of $296.54 for 17 months, then $259.00 for the remaining 31 months.
