OPINION

HUTSON-DUNN, Justice.

A jury found appellant, Lynn Henton, guilty of the felony offense of possession of cocaine in an amount less than 28 grams. After appellant entered pleas of "true" to the enhancement allegations in the indictment, the jury assessed punishment at 50-years imprisonment. The jury also made an affirmative finding that appellant used or exhibited a deadly weapon during the commission of the offense or during immediate flight therefrom...
