RICKHOFF, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of murder and sentenced to forty years imprisonment. Appellant argues that the trial court erred by (1) overruling his motion to suppress; (2) refusing to allow literacy testing of Venireman # 28; (3) finding that the State had overcome appellant's Batson challenge; (4) refusing to allow testing of the qualifications of the State's character witnesses; and (5) admitting the testimony of the State...
