Defendant-appellant Blas Camilo ("Camilo") appeals his sentence of 96 months given at his resentencing hearing of May 2, 1995. In United States v. Camilo, 30 F.3d 126 (1st Cir.1994), this court affirmed his convictions for violations of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) and § 846 pursuant to a final judgment entered on January 3, 1994 by the district court, and remanded for the resentencing that is the origin of this appeal.
