Gary Stacy was indicted by the Caddo Parish grand jury for the second degree murder of Kenneth Loston and Latson Williams. La.R.S. 14:30.1A(1), (2). The jury found him guilty of two counts of manslaughter, and the trial court sentenced him to ten years at hard labor on each count, to run consecutively.
