Hector Gonzales asks this court to decide whether article I, section 7 of the state constitution is violated when a police officer answers the telephone at a residence while executing a search warrant on the premises. We find that the constitution is not violated in these circumstances. We also find that the State presented sufficient evidence to support Gonzales's convictions and that the school zone sentencing enhancement was properly applied. Accordingly...
