This case is before this Court upon the appeal of Charles D. Dean from the final order of the Circuit Court of Hardy County, West Virginia, entered on August 15, 1994. As that order indicates, the circuit court affirmed the administrative revocation of the appellant's license to operate a motor vehicle for driving under the influence of alcohol.
