("Seiscor"), a subsidiary of Switchcraft, Inc. ("Switchcraft"), which is a subsidiary of defendant Raytheon Company ("Raytheon"). The cases were consolidated for discovery, and before the Court are defendants' renewed motions for summary judgment...
