In this workers' compensation case, defendants, J & J Exterminating and Louisiana Pest Control Insurance Company, appeal a judgment in favor of claimant, Stephen J. Stegall. Defendants contend that the hearing officer erred in calculating Stegall's disability benefits at $271.39 per week and in awarding penalties and attorney's fees for the failure to pay benefits in this amount.
