John L. Stumbo, Jr. (husband) appeals the trial court's equitable distribution, spousal support, and attorney's fee awards to Helen L. Stumbo (wife). The husband contends that the evidence is insufficient to support the trial court's granting the wife a $30,000 "lump sum award" as recommended by the divorce commissioner, regardless of whether the commissioner intended the award to be an equitable distribution of marital property or lump sum spousal...
