We conclude that there is no final judgment from which an appeal lies. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal without prejudice.

The principle issue in this case is whether a rural road traversing Plaintiffs' lands is a private or public road. Plaintiffs claim the disputed road is a private road on their private property.
