This matter is before the Court upon plaintiff's claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., alleging sex discrimination, which resulted in her termination as a pre-school teacher for the defendant's pre-school, Little Harding. Specifically, plaintiff alleges she was discharged because of her unwed pregnancy, and that her discharge for this reason constitutes sex...
