Saul Avitia, Gabino Montalvo-Herredia, Luis Sanchez-Estrada (Sanchez), and Federico Vargas-Rios (Vargas) were all indicted and charged with conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and one count of knowingly possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Sanchez was also indicted and charged with carrying a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking...
