The appellants in this case, various members of the Brevard County, Florida Sheriff's Department ("Department"), seek review of an order entered in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, denying their motions for summary judgment grounded upon qualified immunity in an action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.1 We reverse the denial of qualified immunity and remand the case for further proceedings...
