Before the Court is the motion of William Hankins for a new trial pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 33. Mr. Hankins' motion is based on the newly discovered affidavit of Barbara Lovett, a co-conspirator who testified on behalf of the government during the trial.
