Appellee, Daniel S. Kauffman, Jr. ("Kauffman"), sued Appellant, The Galveston County Fair and Rodeo, Inc. (the "Fair"), alleging violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (the "DTPA"), breach of contract, negligence, and gross negligence.
