In this appeal the Commonwealth asks us to determine whether the trial court properly granted the motion of appellee Lisa Hockenbury to dismiss charges of receiving stolen property, filed against her in Lycoming County, on the grounds that she has already pled guilty to, and been sentenced for, receiving stolen property in Dauphin County.
