This case arises out of an insurance contract dispute between Paul Wickswat and Safeco Insurance Company. Safeco denied coverage for Wickswat's $200,000 theft claim, asserting that the theft had not occurred and that Wickswat had misrepresented and/or concealed facts material to the claim.
