The defendant appeals from his convictions of murder in the first degree by reason of felony-murder, armed assault in a dwelling, and two counts of armed robbery. The defendant asserts that his convictions should be reversed because the judge improperly (1) admitted evidence of his attempted escape as consciousness of guilt, and (2) failed to instruct the jury on consciousness of innocence.
