This appeal arises from the latest of five suits involving Appellant, William R. Austin, and Appellees, Ronald W. Cockings and his wife Bonnie H. Cockings. The parties' relationship began in August 1984, when they agreed to set up a corporation to purchase Troxell Auto Parts in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
