John and Ben Campbell, father and son, appeal their convictions for conspiracy and bank fraud, and Ben appeals his conviction for making a false entry in bank records, all resulting from Ben Campbell's mortgage of property, which he did not own, to the now-failed Flower Mound Bank. The mortgaged property was owned by West-Butte Corporation, a small family owned company formed to develop the property...
