This is an appeal from a judgment in an action to quiet title in a parcel of undeveloped land located in Lincoln County. Plaintiffs are the heirs of Josiah Whiteside, the grandfather of plaintiff Richard Whiteside, Jr. The parcel in dispute is a small portion of property formerly known as Kings Lake. Plaintiffs sued to quiet title in the strip of land which is situated in between two parcels of land owned by the Josephine Brooksher Trust. Defendants...
