Petitioner appeals from a judgment denying post-conviction relief and dismissing his petition. In 1992, petitioner pled guilty to burglary in the first degree. Included in petitioner's prior convictions listed in the presentence investigation report (PSI) was a 1974 Kansas conviction for robbery.
