This action is before this Court upon the appeal of the appellant, Roger Lee H.,1 from the final order of the Circuit Court of Mineral County, West Virginia, entered on March 17, 1994. Pursuant to that order, the circuit court adopted the recommendation of the family law master that custody of the H. children be given to the appellant's former wife, Marilyn H., the appellee.
