This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of appellees, William Gutermuth and Bracewell and Patterson. Appellant, Ronald Hamlin, brought a legal malpractice action for damages allegedly caused by appellees' negligence in representing him in a business transaction and administering an escrow account.
