This is an antitrust case in which plaintiffs are challenging the purchase of a daily newspaper, the Northwest Arkansas Times (the "Times"), by NAT, L.C. ("NAT"). Plaintiffs contend that NAT's purchase of the Times is illegal under the antitrust laws, due to the fact that NAT has significant shareholders in common with defendant D.R. Partners d/b/a Donrey Media Group...
