SULLIVAN, Judge.

William N. Hill (Hill) appeals his conviction of one count of child molesting, deviate sexual conduct, a class B felony,1 for which he was sentenced to a presumptive ten year prison term. Hill contends his conviction was in error, stating two grounds for review. We restate the issues as follows:
