BIRCH, Justice.

The Court of Criminal Appeals reversed the trial court's judgment dismissing an indictment against appellant Captain Steve McCollum, police department of the city of Charleston, and remanded the cause for trial. McCollum appeals. At issue is the validity of an indictment returned against one whose testimony before the grand jury concerned the facts and circumstances upon which the indictment was based, considering the immunity provided...
