OPINION

McCLOUD, Chief Justice (Retired).

Otis T. Hawkins sued Ron Groom for damages alleging that Groom trespassed and invaded Hawkins' privacy. The trial court granted summary judgment for Groom. Hawkins appeals. We affirm.
