Riverwood Park, Inc. and Lake Park Development Corporation (collectively, Riverwood Park) appeal from the circuit court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Central Ready-Mixed Concrete, Inc. (Central). The sole issue is the validity of construction liens filed by Central against property owned by Riverwood Park. Riverwood Park argues that the liens are invalid because Central failed to comply with the sixty-day lien notice requirement under § 779...
