The Court is faced today with a most disturbing issue — whether to enjoin R.L. McCubbins (hereinafter referred to as "McCubbins"), a bankruptcy petition preparer, from filing papers in this Court. McCubbins has prepared bankruptcy petitions for debtors in various cases in this District. However, the Court elects to focus on four pending cases: Hastings (case no. 94-33018); Lyvers
