This appeal is from an order of the Ramsey County District Court summarily denying, without holding an evidentiary hearing, petitioner Gary L. Roby's petition for postconviction relief. Roby was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder. This court affirmed Roby's conviction on direct appeal.
