Jonathon Lee Rivers (appellant) appeals his convictions for (1) attempted murder in violation of Code §§ 18.2-32 and 18.2-26, and (2) second degree murder in violation of Code § 18.2-32. Appellant contends the evidence was insufficient to support the convictions. We hold the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction for the attempted murder of Anthony Fraierson and therefore affirm that conviction; we hold the evidence was insufficient...
