This is an appeal by writ of error. Velma Roberson, grandmother of H.T.R., seeks review of an order signed on June 25, 1993, determining paternity and awarding conservatorship of H.T.R. to appellee, Albert Pickett, the alleged biological father of H.T.R. Appellant brings four points of error contending there was error on the face of the record because she was not served with process and was an essential party to the suit...
