Appellant First USA Management, Inc. (First USA) appeals a summary judgment awarding appellee Dale Esmond (Esmond) damages on his usury and breach of contract claims. In eleven points of error, First USA argues the trial court erred in: (A) granting Esmond's motions for summary judgment on his usury and breach of contract claims; (B) denying First USA's motions for summary judgment on those claims; and (C) granting Esmond's motion...
