This is a suit for damages for personal injury sustained by a passenger traveling in a glass-domed observation car of an Amtrak train. National Railroad Passenger Corporation d/b/a Amtrak (National Railroad) appeals the judgment of the trial court finding that the design of the observation car created an unreasonable risk of harm to the passenger.
