Plaintiffs-appellants April and Travis Plumlee (the Plumlees) sued appellants-defendants Monroe Guaranty Insurance Company, ("Monroe"), Charles R. Finnigan d/b/a Hueseman Insurance Company, and Thomas E. Lewis (collectively "Hueseman") for breach of contract and negligence arising out of a dispute over an insurance policy.
