Appellee Vestal Wood filed suit to quiet title to approximately ninety acres of land in Crawford County, Arkansas. Appellants Gina Wood, Roger Wood, Jerrie Wood Neal, and Doyle Wood answered, claiming an interest in the property. They appeal from the decree quieting title in Vestal Wood.
