Raymond and Karen Graziano appeal the trial court's order quashing their alternative writ of mandamus, requesting the court to order the Town of Long Lake to convey a parcel of property to them by warranty deed. The Grazianos contend that under § 60.10(2)(e) and (g), STATS., a town meeting is vested with the authority to compel the town board to act in accordance with the town meeting's vote regarding the purchase or disposal of town property.
