Robson (Robsons) appeal from an order of the Fourteenth Judicial District Court, Musselshell County, granting summary judgment in favor of AgAmerica, FCB (AgAmerica) and denying their motion to compel discovery, and from the subsequent Judgment, Decree of Foreclosure and Order of Sale. We reverse in part, vacate in part and remand.
