The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida ("the school board") appeals the district court's order denying its Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(b) motion to involuntarily dismiss Appellee Bibi Green's claim that the school board discriminated against Green on the basis of her color or national origin in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The school board also appeals the district court's order awarding Green $6,000 in attorney fees...
