Appellants are the elected members of the Aragon City Council against whom, in October of 1992, appellees filed an application for a recall petition. Pursuant to OCGA § 21-4-6 (a), appellants sought judicial review of appellees' application and, after conducting a hearing in accordance with OCGA § 21-4-6 (f), the superior court found the recall petition to be legally insufficient.
