This case arises out of loan renewals granted by the Appellee, Texas Commerce Bank, National Association (TCB), to the Appellants, Sterling Texas Contractor, Inc. (Sterling) and Metro Draperies, Inc. (Metro). Sterling and Metro each executed a promissory note to TCB and guaranteed each other's note.
