PER CURIAM:

In this judicial grievance, Respondent Kenneth Ward (Ward), an Horry County Magistrate, is charged with abuse of his judicial office. The Hearing Masters found that Ward was guilty of judicial misconduct and recommended a public reprimand. Upon review, the Board of Commissioners on Judicial Standards agreed with the findings of the Hearing Masters and independently recommended public reprimand.
