The defendant, David L. Ratzlaff, is charged with one count of possession of cocaine, K.S.A. 65-4127a; one count of possession of marijuana with intent to sell, K.S.A. 65-4127b; and one count of possession of marijuana without a tax stamp, K.S.A. 79-5208. The district court ruled that a search warrant which had been issued for David Ratzlaff's residence was not supported by probable cause and suppressed...
