Plaintiff brought this action against defendants for breach of contract, breach of a joint venture agreement and fraud. Plaintiff appeals from a summary judgment for defendants on all three claims. We affirm.

Summary judgment is appropriate when the record shows that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and that the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. ORCP 47 C; Seeborg v. General Motors Corporation,
