MANNHEIMER, Judge.

A Nome grand jury indicted Victor Steve, Sr., on two counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, AS 11.41.-436(a)(1). A superior court jury found Steve guilty of one count and acquitted him of the other. Superior Court Judge Michael I.
