ROBERTSON, Justice.

Appellant, Swank Brooks Jr. (Brooks), appeals from an order denying his bill of review. We affirm.

On October 31, 1989, appellee, Associates Financial Services Corporation (Associates), filed suit against Brooks seeking to collect the balance of a promissory note, attorney's fees, and interest.
